Kitchen Dialogues Heat Up in Mueller’s Dream

Einstein has been pacing at the edge of the kitchen as the dialogues have been continuing, in Mueller’s dream. He shakes his head until his afterlife ears ring… as he walks up and takes a seat on the side of the table down and across from Brett Kavanaugh.

Einstein:

Oy gevalt! I have been silent as long as I can stand. Brett Kavanaugh, I know that you know of the neo-Nazi who goes by the alias of Norman Spear. And you know he is forming a vast network to train new soldiers to fight in a ‘race war.’ They are beginning with blacks and Jews, and they have stashed a vast amount of weapons, made for use  in  war, which are more dangerous than the weapons that your police force have readily available. This is what you and your president are condoning and even facilitating! How could you stand for this and call yourself a Supreme Court Justice?

And Sonia Sotomayor I know you are trying to include Brett as part of your Supreme Court Justice family so that Brett will not be isolated, hoping he will behave and vote with some integrity. I understand. But I also feel we need to call him out – for what he really stands…

I lived through Hitler and had to leave my country to avoid being killed and tortured. I had many friends who were treated as less than cattle and tormented in the concentration camps. It was a true horror.

And you all are at risk of something even worse taking hold in your country. You need to wake up.

 

Kavanaugh responds to Einstein:

I do not focus on neo-Nazis. I preside, along with the other justices, over legal cases that come before the Supreme Court. How dare you attack me like that! I am not a neo-Nazi. I am part of an elite group of people who will eventually come together to lead the world. You were just an intellectual liberal Jewish physicist. You would never have had the ability to run this world.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg (RBG) to Kavanaugh:

I believe what you mean is that you plan to come together with your billionaire cronies so you can ‘rule’ the world? I can not say this in my waking state. But here I can say what I really feel. You are a poisonous snake. 

How dare you try to reduce Einstein because he is Jewish. I am Jewish and I am a Supreme Court Justice. You have already tried to diminish my value and tried to erase my relevance. Do you know why you will fail? Because you debase what is true, good, and beautiful… 

Angela Merkel:

Thank you for that point, Ruth. I saw Brett try to diminish your value in the congressional hearing. I have a similar situation with the AfD nationalists who want to discredit me and take over in my country. I was elected in a time of crisis when few men wanted to be the chancellor of Germany. They gave me the power, so I would be the one to fail. After all, I am but a woman. But I didn’t fail as they expected.

My leadership is often invisible because I painstakingly build consensus behind the scenes. But I secretly have pain around the attempts to diminish my value.

Sonia Sotomayor:

Ruth, if I could set myself free, I would say very similar words. I am Hispanic. I know the wrenching pain of racism. And Angela, white nationalism threatens our future as a world.

Albert, I see your point. I am also horrified that you are one of our justices, Brett. I’m just trying to make the fall out as minimal as possible.

Mueller interrupts:

Sonia, I believe you did the right thing by including Brett as part of your Supreme Court family. That is what you had to do to take care of the Supreme Court… and move it outside the battle being played out between the ‘good’ and the ‘bad’ players… where each side defines the other as bad and wrong.

We will need to do this legally. I will have my reports completed soon. Things are being leaked now. The president knows he is in trouble. He will try to run interference but I believe he will fail this time.

Brett, you will remain as Supreme Court Justice only if you deserve that high honor. If you can not move beyond your greed for taking a cheap hit from dominating, oppressive, Nazi kind of power mongering that hides in the recesses – you will also be impeached. So you decide what kind of life you want to live in your future.

Einstein:

Yes, Bob, you are right. Brett, you will fail with your nefarious plans which insult the nature of life itself. I don’t know why you are here in this dream, but I can only assume that there is something somewhere in you that is at a crossroads and that you could make a turn. I don’t sense that your chances are great. You invest in your male chauvinistic dismissal of the feminine… You dismiss all that is of ‘soul’. You will either step out of this slime pen you are in… or you will go down… because you can not become a part of this new direction, as you are.

Roosevelt moves into the conversation:

Albert, thank you for all you say here. I agree – that Brett has dismissed all that is of the soul. 

“Unless a man is master of his soul, all other kinds of mastery amount to little.” So, Brett, you have a mastery of all that is little, rather than that of ‘soul’.

Your president continually complains about his press criticizing him. “To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.” All of you here need to criticize… until a large majority of your citizens can see along with you.

“This country has nothing to fear from the crooked man who fails. We put him in jail. It is the crooked man who succeeds who is a threat to this country.” We must make sure that your president does not succeed.

“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing. The worst thing you can do is nothing.”

“The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”

“We must show, not merely in great crises, but in the everyday affairs of life, the qualities of practical intelligence, of courage, of hardihood, and endurance, and above all the power of devotion to a lofty ideal, which made great the men who founded this Republic in the days of Washington, which made great the men who preserved this Republic in the days of Abraham Lincoln”

A good president stands for all of his people. “I cannot consent to take the position that the door of hope — the door of opportunity — is to be shut upon any man, no matter how worthy, purely upon the grounds of race or color. Such an attitude would, according to my convictions, be fundamentally wrong.” 

And what about women? In my time…” you would have found a great number of worthy people, including the very orthodox people, who insisted that the foundation of the family would have been ruined if it didn’t rest on the masterful headship of a man. But now we have advanced to a far better ideal, the ideal of equal partnership between man and woman …. Conservative friends tell me that woman’s duty is the home. Certainly. So is man’s. The duty of a woman to the home isn’t any more than the man’s. If any married man doesn’t know that the woman pulls a little more than her share in the home he needs education. If the average man has more leisure to think of public matters than the average woman has, then it’s a frightful reflection on him. If the average man tells you the average woman hasn’t the time to think of these questions, tell him to go home and do his duty.”

“You often hear people speaking as if life was like striving upward toward a mountain peak. That is not so. Life is as if you were traveling a ridge crest. You have the gulf of inefficiency on one side and the gulf of wickedness on the other, and it helps not to have avoided one gulf if you fall into the other.”

“No nation deserves to exist if it permits itself to lose the stern and virile virtues; and this without regard to whether the loss is due to the growth of a heartless and all-absorbing commercialism, to prolonged indulgence in luxury and soft, effortless ease, or to the deification of a warped and twisted sentimentality.” And your president has elicited this twisted sentimentality to manipulate his followers to become his pawns. He uses manipulation to substitute for genuinely caring for his people. “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” He knows so little.

So go forward with courage. “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.”

“When you’re at the end of your rope, tie a knot and hold on”

“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing. The worst thing you can do is nothing.”

“Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.” 

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

“This country will not be a good place for any of us to live in unless we make it a good place for all of us to live in.”

 

Einstein:

Teddy, you have put words to the heart of why we are here. 

Bob, you are not alone. There is magic in our telling… in our dialogues here. And we stand with you, Bob. You are helping to create the space… a new domain… in which the people can receive and live – all that Teddy is saying… as they begin new… We will stand next to you, even though you will not see us physically.

You are a weaver. You are weaving the evidence into a tapestry which will expose that which does not serve a greater good… as the black dog rips apart that which does not support and protect… freedom with responsibility… for the citizens of the United States of America… as it also reveals what is good, true, and beautiful… in the aftermath.  

As your fabric of evidence serves its purpose and the black dog shreds the old fabric, your country can be woven new, a birth of weaving out of the leftover fabric- with corners woven of character, vision, vitality, and dignity… into threads of love… It is here that you will have an unprecedented opportunity to weave a new fabric of your design… in partnership with love, with the Unknown and the Unfathomable… with the mysterious Weaver Woman, Herself…

And you can begin – as if – for the first time… or could it be the first…?

So Teddy is here with us… not to tell you how to build your country… but to help you remember who you are… to inspire you to become – who you are meant to be… as you build/weave – anew…

The Old One Crone appears behind Einstein as she speaks to Mueller, the Obamas, RBG, Sotomayor, Merkel, and Kavanaugh…

You are not alone. Yet there is no one who will come and save you. It is you, who will save yourselves… and you are enough… Yet always remember – you are not alone. So all you need to do is ‘ask’… and be willing to receive. 

Perhaps it is a paradox… to go between… Your truer self is waiting for you…
